Description
Position Overview:
We are a leading global fitness company looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our consumer brand marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing - Brand, the Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our world-class brand portfolio, which includes BowFlex, Schwinn Fitness, Horizon Fitness, and JRNY. This position will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing marketing project workflows to deliver high-quality brand and product marketing assets while ensuring consistent brand representation across global markets. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Project management:
• Lead the execution of marketing initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet global brand standards.
• Use project management tools to plan, organize and prioritize creative briefs and optimize project workflows.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including creative teams, product owners, sales, and international marketing teams, to align on project goals and timelines.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, timelines, and communication plans to ensure clarity across all involved parties.
• Drive process improvements that streamline workflows and maximize available resources.
• Ensure all projects meet defined budget requirements.
Product launch support:
• Work with creative teams to coordinate photography and video production projects, ensuring project objectives, timelines and budget requirements are met.
• Collaborate with sales, product owners and marketing teams to implement training materials for internal and external audiences supporting new product launches.
Global asset management:
• Use digital asset management tools to maintain brand and product asset libraries, ensuring files are well organized, meet brand standards and easily accessible for stakeholders in North America and internationally.
• Coordinate asset versioning for stakeholder requests.
• Communicate asset releases and updates with stakeholders.
• Review and audit marketing collateral produced by retail partners, subsidiaries and distributors to ensure our global brand standards are upheld.
• Coordinate content updates for global websites, including localization needs (translations).

Requirements
Education:
• 4-year degree in marketing, communications or related field required
Experience:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience executing marketing strategies and programs, including working within predefined brand standards and maintaining brand consistency
• Marketing experience for a global consumer product brand, retail brand or e-commerce business preferred
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Familiarity with the digital and traditional creative process
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including writing creative briefs
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and quickly adapt to changing priorities and timelines
Other Requirements:
• Microsoft Office Suite required
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Asana and Figma a plus
• Familiarity with digital asset management tools (Bynder, Canto) a plus
• Occasional domestic travel required
• Valid driver's license
