Job Description: JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES: Specific Responsibilities: Assist in developing a wide range of communication materials including newsletters, social media content, email communications, and collateral for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all communications maintain Sutter Health’s brand guidelines and tone, promoting a unified message across all channels. Work with the fundraising team to develop and deliver communication tools, resources, and materials that empower fundraisers to share impactful messages with donors. Partner with physician leaders and the communications team to develop content that engages and inspires physicians to support philanthropic efforts, including writing tailored email campaigns and internal communications. Assist in managing marketing automation platforms and campaigns to ensure the timely and effective delivery of philanthropy-related communications, including donor stewardship, event promotion, and engagement initiatives, to segmented audiences. Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Sutter Health communications and marketing colleagues, physicians across the Sutter Health footprint, and local market teams to ensure cohesive messaging and support for philanthropic objectives. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality execution. Monitor and analyze communication performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance future campaigns and improve engagement with key audiences. Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital communications, philanthropy, and healthcare, bringing fresh ideas and creative approaches to improve stakeholder engagement. EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. Bachelor's: Business, Healthcare or related field. TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
2 years recent relevant experience. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of fundraising techniques including but not limited to public relations; prospect research; major gifts; gift planning; donor relations and stewardship. Ability to interface with donors and potential donors in a consistently professional manner. Familiarity of current trends in major gift giving. Skilled at managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment. Verbal and written communication emphasizing teamwork and excellence. Ability to deal appropriately with confidential or sensitive information, and to demonstrate diplomacy, tact and a high level of professionalism. Job Shift:

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
