Overview

CoralTree Hospitality is seeking a

Complex Marketing Manager

to implement and manage marketing strategies for our four main properties: Magnolia Denver, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel; Magnolia Houston, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel; Magnolia St. Louis, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel; and the independent Magnolia Hotel Omaha. This role requires a marketing professional with a strong digital marketing background and experience working within the Marriott ecosystem, including a thorough understanding of the Tribute brand's positioning, tools, and standards. The Complex Marketing Manager will work directly with each property team to coordinate marketing efforts that drive revenue growth, room bookings, and brand awareness, and will be based on our home office in Englewood, CO or at the Magnolia Denver.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:

Execute digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising. Manage and update property vanity websites and M.com content to keep digital platforms engaging and conversion-focused. Monitor digital performance metrics to refine efforts. Marriott Ecosystem Expertise:

Utilize Marriott systems, including Bonvoy loyalty program, Tribute brand tools, and reporting platforms, to enhance marketing effectiveness for Tribute-branded properties. Support alignment with Marriott standards. Independent Hotel Marketing:

Implement marketing strategies for the independent Magnolia Omaha, ensuring brand consistency while supporting its unique positioning within the market. Social Media Management:

Partner with a 3rd party social media agency to plan and execute monthly social media calendars for brand and property accounts. Coordinate with the agency to review content performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and growth. Creative & Design Execution:

Take ownership of all creative work for properties, including designing and producing marketing and sales materials such as ads, brochures, presentations, and digital assets. Manage and execute website updates directly, ensuring content is visually compelling, on-brand, and optimized for user engagement. Actively work on refining user experience across digital channels to maintain a polished and consistent online presence. Meetings & Events Marketing:

Assist property teams in promoting and marketing meeting and event spaces, supporting both corporate and social events. Food & Beverage Marketing:

Work with on-site restaurant teams to help develop and implement marketing initiatives that spotlight each property's food and beverage offerings, including special events and activations. Budget Management:

Support budget planning and manage marketing expenditures for each property. Monitor budget performance to ensure approved resources are efficiently allocated and spent across channels. Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with property teams to implement marketing plans tailored to each property, ensuring alignment with brand and property goals. Regularly review performance data to make recommendations for adjustments. Collaboration:

Work closely with property teams to stay attuned to local market needs and opportunities, ensuring that marketing activities remain relevant and effective. Revenue Support:

Collaborate with the commercial services team to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals, focusing on growing year-over-year performance and driving direct bookings. Brand Management:

Maintain and enhance Magnolia Hotels' brand standards across all properties. Collaborate with PR and social media partners to support brand visibility and consistency. Performance Analysis:

rack and analyze marketing performance data, compiling monthly roll-ups for each property and presenting insights and recommendations on weekly strategy calls with property teams. Provide strategic recommendations to ownership based on performance trends to support overall business goals. Partner Coordination:

Oversee relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring high-quality deliverables and cohesive on-brand messaging. Regularly assess partner performance to ensure that services provided meet expectations and deliver measurable results, aligning with the property's marketing goals and budget allocations. Innovation:

Stay updated on industry trends, especially within the Marriott ecosystem, to explore new marketing tactics that keep Magnolia Hotels competitive. Test and measure new initiatives as needed. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on digital marketing. Experience within the Marriott system, including Bonvoy loyalty program, Tribute Portfolio tools, and brand standards. Strong creative and design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software. Experience managing website updates using a backend CMS system. Location : CoralTree Home Office in Englewood, CO or Magnolia Hotel in Denver. Omaha, NE, St. Louis, MO, or Houston, TX will be considered.

Salary range : $85,000 - $90,000/yr.
