Madrigal is a biopharmaceutical company pursuing novel therapeutics for non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), also known as metabolic dysfunction associated steatohepatitis (MASH). Our first therapy, Rezdiffra (resmetirom), was granted accelerated approval by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of adults with NASH with moderate to advanced liver fibrosis (consistent with stages F2 to F3 fibrosis) and is being studied in a Phase 3 trial for the treatment of NASH with compensated cirrhosis. Role Overview: The Senior Product Manager/Associate Director, HCP Marketing (NASH) will play a crucial role in supporting the US Marketing team in developing and implementing key marketing strategies for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and other key customers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growing NASH (nonalcoholic steatohepatitis) marketplace as we continue to launch Rezdiffra, the first and only FDA-approved treatment for NASH. Working closely with the Brand Director, this individual will assist in executing HCP marketing efforts, ensuring the successful commercial launch of resmetirom. Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to supporting promotional product education, patient identification and diagnosis initiatives, disease education, and other critical marketing projects. Position Responsibilities: Collaborate on the development and execution of HCP-focused marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, positioning, and messaging while adhering to all FDA regulations and standards. Assist in the implementation of a branded campaign targeting HCPs to drive awareness and adoption of resmetirom. Own content development from strategy, creation, approval, and implementation; and ability to successfully navigate the material approval process (PRC, MLR, etc.) Support key marketing initiatives such as guideline awareness efforts. Work with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, compliance, and market research, to ensure campaign success. Assist in managing external agency partners and monitoring the performance of tactical initiatives to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution. Qualifications and Skills Required: Self-motivated, independent thinker with a proven ability to develop high-quality, impactful content for national conferences. Proven ability to support multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Ability to translate clinical data into clear and effective marketing communications. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree (required), MBA or Master’s degree (preferred). 5+ years of biopharmaceutical commercial experience, with 2+ years in HCP marketing (required). Experience supporting a product launch is a plus. Travel is required – up to 25% of the time (including weekends as needed) Required to be in office 3 days per week (Conshohocken, PA or Waltham, MA) Compensation: Base salary is determined by several factors that include, but are not limited to, a successful candidate's qualifications, skills, education, experience, business needs, and market demands.
