Marketing Associate
to join our team! This position will be a hybrid role but within the
Ann Arbor, Michigan
area. This individual will play a key role in supporting the marketing department by creating and managing visual content for our multifamily properties.

The ideal candidate will have strong real estate photography skills and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). They will assist with creating social media content, updating our website, supporting SEO campaigns, and designing marketing materials for print and digital platforms. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects that enhance the branding and marketing of our properties. Compensation : $50,000 - $60,000.00/Annually + Benefits Key Responsibilities : Real Estate Photography : Capture high-quality interior and exterior photos of multifamily properties, including apartments, common areas, and amenities. Ensure images reflect the property’s best features for use across digital and print marketing materials. Photo Editing & Retouching : Use
Adobe Photoshop
to edit and enhance photos, ensuring consistency in style and quality across all marketing materials. Content Creation for Social Media : Assist in the creation of social media posts featuring high-quality imagery, property highlights, and promotional content. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Design Marketing Materials : Utilize
Adobe InDesign
and
Illustrator
to design print and digital marketing assets, including brochures, flyers, email templates, property signage, and promotional materials. Website Maintenance : Help update and maintain content on the company website, including uploading photos, property descriptions, and blog posts. Ensure content is up-to-date and optimized for user experience. SEO Support : Assist in the creation of SEO-friendly content, ensuring that images, copy, and design elements on the website and other digital platforms are optimized for search engines. Collaborate with Marketing Team : Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, assist in campaign execution, and ensure all materials reflect the brand’s messaging and design standards. General Marketing Support : Assist with additional marketing tasks as needed, such as preparing materials for property events, email campaigns, and other promotional activities. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Photography, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Skills :
Fluent in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Excellent
photography skills , particularly in real estate photography (interiors, exteriors, amenities). A strong
design eye
with a keen attention to detail and aesthetics. Experience creating engaging
social media content
that aligns with brand guidelines and attracts target audiences. Basic knowledge of
SEO principles
and their application in digital content creation. Familiarity with
website content management systems
(e.g., WordPress, Contentful) is a plus.
Experience :
0-2 years of experience in photography, graphic design, or marketing. Portfolio required : Must provide a portfolio showcasing real estate photography, graphic design, and social media content.
Additional Qualities :
Strong communication and collaboration skills. Must have a reliable vehicle, as this position is hybrid; however, travel to Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti properties will be required multiple times a week. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Passion for marketing and real estate.
