Travel + Leisure, Co. is seeking a talented Club Marketing Manager in Orlando, Florida. This position will support the strategic planning, development and execution of all Club Marketing campaigns for Travel + Leisure Co.'s Vacation Ownership Clubs. This role will manage the design, development and execution of all consumer-facing marketing campaigns and offers to drive business performance to key strategic audiences. These campaigns will be promoted on owned and external channels, including but not limited to, website, email, digital marketing, social media, paid media, and VIP channels.
This person will work closely with other departments including Club Management, Brand, Digital Marketing, Analytics, Campaign Management, Program and Product Development, Call Center, Finance, Legal, Travel as well as external partners to develop these campaigns. Also responsible for effectively managing the budgets, program effectiveness measurements and return on investment for marketing campaigns developed.
How You'll Shine:
Campaign Planning and Partnering (40% of time) Manage development of marketing campaigns and partner with internal teams to drive campaigns across various online and offline channels while maximizing results to meet targeted KPIs and OKRs. Manage development of campaign communications to maximize customer experiences, product engagement, usage and reservations. Manage priority and VIP audience strategies and communications to drive behavior. Implement customer communication strategies across digital, email and mobile/SMS platforms that build customer engagement and conversions. Build an annual calendar of Marketing and Communications Initiatives and work with internal partner groups at the manager level to plan and execute. Build marketing campaign recommendations based on data and analytics across various online and offline channels and provide partners with necessary data for optimized decision making. Manage and report on marketing campaign in terms of key drivers such as owner engagement, online activity, bookings, arrivals and ROI generated. Marketing Campaign Development (30%)
Manage the design and development of all marketing programs and campaigns that will drive incremental utilization, bookings, arrivals & revenue from website, email, social platforms, other digital channels, direct mail, call center outreach, etc. Audit, analyze, monitor and report on performance results and adjust as necessary to maximize key drivers/indicators that will help translate highly detailed data into actionable business insights and financial results. Develop marketing campaign briefs to establish measurable KPIs and detailed project direction, and meet with internal partners to ensure buy-in and that all support elements are executed. Manage Club Marketing projects to ensure deadlines and goals are met. Manage Club Marketing campaigns through partner approval, brand approval, legal submission/review, and IT/Security review, as applicable Develop marketing campaign readouts, presentations and communications. Provide reports and feedback to team leads on direction and impacts to key drivers. Partner Relationship Management (30% of time)
Work closely with partners including Inventory Management, Digital Marketing, Club Management, Brand and Call Center teams to understand their processes/business to implement and partner on Club Marketing campaigns. Partner with internal teams to improve personalized marketing campaign support, deliver on channel best practices and leverage available data to inform business decisions. Maintain records of budget allocation, spend, accruals and forecasting and inform leadership and finance teams. Partner with Digital Marketing Analytics, Inventory Management, Business Analytics and Club Marketing teams to define targeted data sets, featured resorts and offer details and align campaigns, creative and reporting. Assist with managing outsourced projects to ensure accurate marketing campaign details, messaging/branding and budget allocation. Partner and manage relationships with key external vendors. Attend industry trade shows, conferences and training as needed. Performs other duties as needed Travel Requirements Domestic travel within the US and Caribbean is required less than 10% of the time.
What You'll Bring: Education
Bachelor's degree from a 4-yr university with a major in advertising, business, communications, marketing or similar, with MBA preferred Training Requirements

Experience within and deep understanding of marketing communications, brand marketing and the digital media landscape. Detail oriented strategic planner with out of the box thinking capabilities. Superb time management skills, effective communicator, team contributor, and strong attention to detail. Must be able to manage multiple projects and people in order to meet deadlines and exceed goals. Must have the ability to develop strong relationships with various business stakeholders through partnership and collaboration. Self-starter with ability to adapt in order to achieve stretch goals when needed. Ability to work effectively across teams to achieve results. Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong presentation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and results to make decisions and drive change. Excellent organizational skills with ability to consistently meet deadlines. Proven ability to plan and manage budgets. Must be results driven, enjoy problem-solving and passionate about being challenged. Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, PowerBI, Canva and Outlook). Job Experience
7 years of marketing experience including brand management and digital marketing. 7 years of campaign management experience, including program development, asset development (website, email, digital media planning, etc) with demonstrated success and growth. 3+ years of experience managing vendor partnerships and/or direct reports. Unless there is a legal requirement, experience will be accepted for the education requirement.
