Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.How You'll Shine: Leading, supporting and motivating teams of In House Marketing Managers, Supervisors and Agents to ensure all team goals are exceeded.Developing and implementing regular trainings, staff development and retention programs in conjunction with other team leadersHolding teams accountable to their committed results of booking toursAssist Marketing VP in managing day to day relationships with all relevant Sales, Business and Corporate partners.Partner with Director of Sales and site VP'sCoordinate with HR on all Policies & Procedures and oversee performance management.What You'll Bring: Two plus years marketing/sales experience required. Internal Wyndham experience or external timeshare experience in a similar role preferredAt least 1 year of demonstrated successful Management ExperienceMust be able to work Nights, Weekends and HolidaysExcellent customer service skills with the ability to service both internal and external.Must be adaptable to change.Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook requiredProficiency in WD Applications such as Journey, Wyntime, and WorkdayClear concise written and verbal communication skills mandatoryTrack record of excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate a teamBA or BS preferred or equivalent work experienceHow You'll Be Rewarded:We offer a diverse range of comprehensive health and welfare benefits to associates who work 30 or more hours per week to meet your needs and support you throughout your career with us.
