We're looking for a dynamic Insurance Producer to join our growing team at Donald Curtis Agency, Farmers Insurance, As an Insurance Producer, you'll be the face of our agency, building strong relationships with clients and helping them navigate the best options for their insurance needs.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, develop, and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
• Conduct needs assessments with clients to determine appropriate insurance coverage
• Present and explain various insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Health, Commercial, etc.)
• Manage and retain existing client relationships
• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to policyholders

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and create long-lasting relationships
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and motivated to exceed targets
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to obtain necessary state licenses (if not already licensed)
