Position Summary

We're seeking a highly analytical, high-ownership, and results-driven Performance Marketing & Creator Program Associate to own the execution and optimization of our paid ad campaigns (Tiktok, Meta and Google), with an opportunity to manage our influencer referral program.

As you can imagine, given our early-stage, the monthly ad budget is narrow, so we’re looking for someone who is hyper focused on optimization and has a proven track record in scaling user acquisition growth without increasing budget (i.e. you’ll be zeroing in on driving efficiency!).

What You’ll Do:

  • Paid Ad Strategy & Execution:
    • Strategize, create, and optimize ad campaigns on TikTok, Meta and Google Search, focusing on driving app installs and achieving performance metrics like CTRs, install rates, and CAC.
    • Continuously test creative assets, messaging, and strategies to maximize efficiency and scalability within a lean budget framework.
  • Content Pipeline & Creation:
    • Identify, source and collaborate with creators to build a content pipeline
    • Create content briefs that help ensure content produced resonates with target audiences and enhances ad performance
    • Bonus if you’re eager to also create content yourself!
  • Creator Program Management:
    • Conduct outreach and develop a pipeline of creators and coordinate content creation to align with campaign needs.
    • Build and manage relationships with content creators to generate engaging ad-ready content.
    • Leverage affiliate referral earnings to incentivize influencers to promote our app and products on social platforms.
    • Monitor and analyze creator performance to ensure alignment with growth goals.
  • Analytics & Monitoring:
    • Use tools like TikTok for Business, Meta Business Manager, Appsflyer, App Store Connect, LoudCrowd, and AmazonAWS Quicksight and Athena to track ad and app performance.
    • Perform daily monitoring of ads, toggling campaigns on/off as needed, and adjusting based on performance metrics.
    • This role is particularly focuses on top of funnel and first rental conversion. Key metrics you’ll be owning are:
      • CTR
      • IAC (install acquisition cost - i.e. download)
      • UAC (user acquisition cost - i.e. signup)
      • CAC
      • % of new users converted to renters or owners
      • This role will eventually expand to include a focus on retention
  • Organization & Reporting:
    • Maintain meticulous organization, including naming conventions for campaigns and assets.
    • Provide weekly reports on ad performance and creator program results.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • Proven expertise in managing and scaling TikTok, Meta and Google Search ad campaigns, ideally in the fashion or consumer-focused industry at an early stage startup.
  • Demonstrated success with iOS app install campaigns and optimizing customer acquisition costs. (not just traditional e-commerce user conversion to web or TikTok Shop, as our website is not shoppable)
  • Strong data-driven approach to campaign and creator program optimization; experience reporting on core metrics to growth and leadership team.
  • Advanced proficiency in TikTok for Business, Meta Business Manager, Appsflyer, and App Store Connect.
  • Strong ability to inspire and collaborate with influencers and creators, create briefs, manage against timelines and influencing others to create highly impactful content at scale.
  • Hyper-organized, with the ability to manage ad campaigns, creator collaborations, and affiliate tracking simultaneously, with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Highly resourceful with extreme ownership mindset: “If I don’t do it, no one will”.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.
  • Extremely in-tune with our core demographic.

Additional Opportunities to Stand Out (but not required to apply):

  • Experience managing influencer programs or creator partnerships, including leveraging referral based incentives.
  • Experience working with small teams (<20 person) at Seed stage or Series A startups.
  • Proficient in SQL to cohort users and analyze behavior; experience leveraging large datasets to inform your strategy.
  • Experience personally creating ad content for brands, and eager to dive in and create content yourself to compliment the content pipeline.
  • Experience in fashion and/or marketplaces
