Job Overview:

This individual will support the PR department in the development and execution of communication strategies to enhance the public image of the company, its clients, and its products. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in drafting press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.
  • Support the coordination of press conferences, media events, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor media coverage and track PR campaign results.
  • Build and maintain media contact lists, ensuring they are updated regularly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure consistency across channels.
  • Research and compile information on industry trends and news to help inform PR strategies.
  • Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and reporting on performance.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, maintaining records, and preparing reports.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with media monitoring tools and PR software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
