Our Marketing team is hiring! Starting pay, $80-85k based on experience. Eligible for hybrid schedule after training period, typically 3-4 months, up to 2 days work from home, upon management approval. The primary purpose of Digital Marketing Program Manager is to spearhead the adoption and growth of Sunmark Credit Union's digital marketing initiatives, including the development, implementation and measurement of programs designed to attract, engage and retain both current and potential members. Through a combination of creativity and data-driven decision making, this position is responsible for executing impactful campaigns that align with the credit union's strategic goals. Develop email marketing strategies and tactics, coordinating and implementing plans to maximize identified marketing opportunities in support of Sunmark business goals. Design, execute and monitor automated email campaigns with a goal of creating memorable member journeys. Manage all facets of Sunmark.org, including content and design, with a focus on creativity, accuracy and compliance. Work closely with third-party website vendor on all site-related projects, including redesigns, promotional landing page development, and SEO content development. Use Google Analytics to establish goals and track site traffic and performance. Manage all website forms, calculators and rate publishing. Work closely with Sunmark's Data Analytics team to execute data-driven marketing initiatives, including Predictive Analytics and member surveys. Develop a quarterly metric reporting process, gathering and analyzing product and campaign performance data to help drive marketing investments. Modify tactical marketing activities leveraging marketing results from prior periods. Oversee implementation of the annual advertising plan. Work with media buyer and third-party broadcast production resources to design a plan that adheres to budget parameters and aligns with strategic goals and initiatives. Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as necessary. Serve as the lead for both department and credit union-wide projects. Manage special promotions, such as the credit union's annual calendar contest. Participate in the development of the annual marketing plan and department budget. Candidates should have a high school graduate/equivalent or higher with a minimum of 7 years experience OR Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 5 years marketing experience in email marketing, campaign development, measurement, working with marketing automation system. Demonstrates creativity in website management, including content creation and management and landing page development. Experience with Google Analytics is preferred. Works closely with and or managing marketing agencies. Exhibits the ability to jump from creative side to the analytical side of marketing. Maintains excellent writing, while having strong time management skills.
