This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont, CA
Responsibilities:
- Drive advertising revenue growth through delivering high level of Advertising sales performance and effective team leadership
- Develop and lead Account Executives to foster a high performance environment, achieve business/sales targets, and deliver customer value
- Establish and build strong, strategic and sustainable relationships with new and existing advertising clients and partners at all levels
- Generate leads through calls, emails, follow-ups, meetings, and closes
- Understand business objectives and develop appropriate proposals and deliverables for accounts
- conceive, develop, and produce effective advertising campaigns
- Increase brand awareness and customer engagement through creative and impactful campaigns
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Product, Growth, and Data teams to deliver high-quality campaigns efficiently
- Manage advertising performance, investigate and resolve account issues. Provide actionable insights and future recommendations based on delivery and performance analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in advertising, communication or media studies, digital media marketing, journalism, public relations.
- 5+ years of digital media ad sales experience preferably in e-Commerce or grocery industry
- Proven track record of generating revenue and closing deals with strong selling expertise and building customer relationships
- Knowledge of the digital advertising market and ability to identify market trends and opportunities
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools to measure and optimize campaign performance
- Excellent writing, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
