Position Responsibilities
Proofread to ensure content, spelling and grammar accuracy for various printed material, including Ulines 800+ page catalog.
Monitor consistency of all material within Uline’s style guidelines.
Correct errors, identify formatting issues and check communications for clarity and consistent tone.
Fact-check content and product images.
Confirm print specs, layout and review printers proofs for accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree. A focus in English is preferred.
5+ years of experience in copyediting or proofreading.
Proficient in AP Style.
Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
