We are seeking a UX/UI Designer who will contribute to defining digital products and experiences that will shape the future of the company's brand. This individual will bring empathy, creativity, and strategic skills in service of solving complex business challenges and user needs. The team is positioned within the Digital Experience (DX) organization, where we collaborate with IT and Marketing to bring the holistic vision for the customer journey to life. In this role, you will leverage user-centered design methods to create end-to-end designs that span multiple user touch points, including product interfaces, and e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with developers and DX Teamto deliver outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities include: Own the end-to-end UX and interaction design process for assigned projects, from creating low-fidelity wireframes to delivering high-fidelity user interface designs and prototypes. Support the creation of personas, empathy maps, and journey maps to visualize user needs and pain points Create project deliverables such as storyboards, flowcharts, wireframes, prototypes, pixel-perfect designs, and relevant specifications. Develop compelling presentations and leverage visual storytelling to share design work. Leverage and contribute to the design system. Conducting research by leading user interviews, focus groups, or surveys to gather insights directly. Perform data analysis, using quantitative or qualitative data to inform design decisions Collaborate with cross-functional personnel including design researchers, industrial designers, product, and software developers to create exceptional product experiences. Provide implementation support to technical teams. Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of work. Apply strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills demonstrated through portfolio case studies. Work in an Agile environment using software management tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, etc.). Utilize proficiency with user interface design patterns and standard User-Centered Design methods. Support information architecture tasks such as organizing content hierarchies and defining navigation systems. Master standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite, and demonstrate a willingness to learn new tools. Exhibit excellent visual design skills, including a strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and creating experiences aligned with brand guidelines and style standards. Qualifications Include: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
