We are currently seeking a Technical Writer to join our team. This person will play a pivotal role in supporting our pursuit of new contracts and task orders with new and existing customers.

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $38.00

Job Description
We are currently seeking a Technical Writer to join our team. This person will play a pivotal role in supporting our pursuit of new contracts and task orders with new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Craft and refine technical documents to ensure clarity and precision.
- Develop proposal outlines from RFPs and strategies for response. Ensure all addenda, required forms, etc., are completed and organized in accordance with RFP requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external (team subconsultants) resources to get key sections written.
- Develop graphics to enhance proposals and other documents.
- Assemble written sections into a cohesive format, compliant with the RFP.
- Participate in reviews, ensure timely submissions, and track opportunities.
- Track, coordinate, and attend technical conferences.
- Prepare marketing materials such as 'slick sheets', pamphlets, etc.
- Develop web site content for web-based initiatives.
- Assist with AI introduction and evaluation.
- Experience in technical writing as a primary function, ideally in an A/E engineering firm or similar industry.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organized with the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in proposal coordination.
- Experience with document control and proposal writing.
- Strong marketing skills.
