We are LGBTQ+- founded, and for 30 years have strongly believed that diversity is one of the key drivers of great creative and one of the keys to our success.We're looking to add to our team of experts, and can't wait to meet you!PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Delivers strong campaign concepts and day-to-day work with extreme proficiencyPartner with ACD, Art to manage the creative team at large, including workloads/resourcing, developing individuals, as well as the final creative productPartner with all cross-capability leads to successfully lead the team, grow the business, and shepherd the client's brandWork with creative leadership & cross-capability partners to weigh in on scopes & estimates, timelines, day-to-day workload of the writing teamOwn team's workload & the relationship with Resourcing to support in both day-to-day needs as well as PTO/backfill situationsPartner with clients to understand their brand's challenges and solve themContribute strategically to the long-term vision of the brand, both internally and with clients, including Brand PlanningLead copy direction in new business initiatives, playing a crucial role in pitches and contributing to the overall strategic vision for potential clientsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED:Bachelor's Degree in English, Fine Arts, Journalism or related field8+ years of experience in pharma advertisingA strong portfolio that demonstrates deep experience & leadership in healthcare with an emphasis on conceptual workAn expert in healthcare marketing, copywriting, creative strategy, and a consummate pro at working with and managing othersSolid creative direction skills; the ability to evaluate creative work and provide clear, concise direction that inspires others to push the workComfortable leading the team in the day-to-day then switching gears to work one-on-one to solve copy-specific challengesExperience in campaign launches, from concepting and shooting through executionExperience on shootsSalary Range: $155,000-$175,000/yearly*Salary dependent upon experience & location imre is an equal employment opportunity employer.
