Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and acquire new clients to expand the agency's market presence in Wichita.

Insurance Consultation: Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to determine their specific insurance needs.

Policy Management: Develop and present customized insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.

Follow-up: Diligently follow up with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing needs.

Networking: Engage in community events and networking opportunities to promote the agency and build professional relationships.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales activity reports.


Requirements

Licensing: Must hold a valid and active insurance license in the state of Kansas. (or be willing to obtain)

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is highly recommended.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Focused: A commitment to delivering superior customer service and building strong client relationships.

Goal-Oriented: Demonstrates a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Problem Solver: Capable of thinking on your feet and independently providing solutions to customer inquiries or concerns.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of insurance products and the ability to quickly learn new information.
