We are seeking a highly driven, innovative and experienced Permanent Director of Marketing to join our dynamic team in the Accounting and Finance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading our marketing strategies, overseeing the marketing department, and driving growth in our company. The role involves a high level of creativity, strategic planning, and a strong understanding of the financial market landscape. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who is passionate about developing and executing unique and impactful marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business goals. Lead and oversee the creation of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Manage and optimize the company's brand strategy to ensure consistency across all channels and marketing efforts. Oversee the production of engaging content and copywriting for various marketing channels including website, social media, email campaigns, and other promotional materials. Collaborate with the product management team to create effective product marketing strategies and promotional materials. Develop and manage strategies for enterprise sales and solutions, identifying new opportunities and trends in the market. Monitor, analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns, making necessary adjustments to optimize results. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, lead generation strategies, and brand management. Strong knowledge and experience in content creation, copywriting, product marketing, enterprise sales, and solutions. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse marketing team. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics. Strong understanding of the financial market landscape and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. High level of creativity and innovation with a strong customer focus. Proficiency in using marketing software and online applications.
