We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Jr Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in the fragrance

industry. If you are a savvy, innovative professional with a passion for marketing, social media, and brand development, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As a Jr Marketing Manager, you will have the chance to build and execute strategic marketing plans, launch new products, and directly contribute to the company's growth and success. This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. 2. Utilize various social media platforms to create engaging content for our target audience, fostering community growth and customer interaction. 3. Conduct comprehensive market research to understand our competitors, industry trends, and customer needs. 4. Collaborate with the product development team to plan and execute new product launches, ensuring a smooth and successful market entry. 5. Create compelling marketing presentations to effectively communicate our brand's vision and value proposition to potential clients and stakeholders. 6. Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the manufacturing industry. 3. Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and new product launches. 4. Strong knowledge of market research methods and data analysis. 5. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. 6. Highly creative, with a keen eye for aesthetics and compelling content. 9. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing software and online applications.
