We’re looking for a Bilingual Marketing Associate to help us spread the word about our brand and build strong relationships with our clients. Job Description: As our Bilingual Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in helping our brand grow by engaging directly with clients and promoting our services in person. You will be responsible for organizing and managing face-to-face marketing activities, such as events, in-store promotions, and community outreach. You’ll work closely with the team to bring our marketing ideas to life, build strong client relationships, and help spread the word about what we do. Key Responsibilities: Promote the brand in person at local events, pop-up shops, and community activities. Organize and run events to introduce our products and engage with customers. Assist in marketing materials (flyers, posters, etc.) in English and Spanish. Talk to clients at events and help them learn about our services. Build relationships with clients and gather feedback to improve our services. Work closely with the team to make sure marketing efforts match business goals. Qualifications: Fluent in English and Spanish. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, face-to-face events, or customer service. Comfortable engaging directly with people and talking about our services. Experience with organizing events or promotions. Basic skills in data tracking software (Excel, HubSpot, Canva, etc.). Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in a team. Creative problem solver who can come up with new ideas to attract clients. Benefits: Competitive salary.
