We are on the hunt for a Conceptual Designer to join our team based in Houston, Texas. This role offers a freelance/contract employment opportunity in the creative sector, around 1-2 projects per quarter. As a Conceptual Designer, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of transforming the way our company communicates its brand story visually. You'll be tasked with designing compelling visual content for various platforms, including social media, that encapsulates our brand's values and promotes a vibrant workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create engaging visual content that resonates with our brand's storytelling approach

• Develop design guidelines and templates to ensure consistency across all visual content

• Collaborate with the team to understand and translate their design needs into creative visual solutions

• Use Adobe Creative Cloud and other design tools to create high-quality artwork

• Design hiring posters that attract and inspire potential candidates

• Ensure all designs enhance our brand awareness and promote our workplace as a top choice for employees

• Regularly review and update visual content across all platforms to maintain relevance

• Think creatively to visually communicate our brand's story and values effectively

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all are completed within the given timeframe.

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Conceptual Designer or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is essential

• Demonstrable experience in Artwork creation

• Must possess a deep understanding of Brand Awareness strategies

• Proven ability in Conceptualization and Graphic Design

• Strong skills in Visual Design are necessary
