We are looking for a detail-focused and data-savvy individual to support our Marketing Planning and Strategy team. The ideal candidate will drive marketing planning, strategy, and operations processes, while leading projects on budget reporting, change management, and data accuracy. This candidate will need to be exceptional at extracting insights from large datasets, improving processes, and collaborating across teams. Responsibilities: Spearhead project management and change enablement for organizational updates. Create detailed documentation to track updates across the marketing organization. Develop a framework to establish and maintain data cleanliness within our internal tools. Ensure data input by marketers is accurate and up-to-date. Monitor marketing spend to address budget gaps and ensure full use of allocated quarterly budgets. Oversee the incremental budget request process across the organization, consolidating requests and communicating outcomes. Create and maintain executive reports and decks to support ongoing business requirements and critical initiatives. Implement processes in our internal tools to showcase real-time marketing budget snapshots, aligned with Finance. Maintain workforce hygiene by regularly auditing headcount data for a +2,000 person organization. Required Skills and Experience: Motivated, proactive self-starter able to work independently. Advanced Excel skills required. Must be quick to learn and adapt to new systems. Ability to work in Salesforce tools to provide informative trending and analysis. Financial background is a plus. Knowledge of GAAP-based accounting recognition policies preferred. Detail-oriented and creative. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work and collaborate with worldwide teams. Minimum of 6 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Finance, Analytics, and/or Business Operations. *Li-Y #LI-Hybrid
