Marketing Coordinator

who will champion multiple marketing activities to persuade target audiences and drive engagement with HGA's brand in California. As part of a 7-person California marketing team, this individual will brainstorm ideas and design marketing content, produce print and digital collateral, and collaborate to develop HGA stories that inspire action. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, thrive in creative communication, and be excited to help us win desired clients and projects. In this role you will:

Own the end-to-end pursuit process and produce marketing collateral, specifically: RFQ/P responses (brochures, qualifications packages, proposals) and client pitch (interview) presentations; Develop marketing content and collateral for various marketing initiatives including, but not limited to project awards, conferences, speaking engagements, publications, and advertising; Coordinate external marketing activities such as events, conferences, and speaking engagements, and produce corresponding marketing collateral; Support project photo shoots through planning and attendance, in partnership with project teams; Work in a highly interactive and cross-functional position, collaborating with multiple team members across various disciplines and offices; Partner with the Marketing and Communications teams on the execution of strategic initiatives and champion marketing projects across teams as appropriate. You will need to have:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Art History (or other related field) or a relevant combination of experience, education, and training. 3+ years of professional experience producing marketing collateral in Adobe InDesign and coordinating multiple marketing projects from beginning to end. Experience managing and producing RFQ/P responses in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Strong aptitude in Adobe InDesign and proficiency with other Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Workfront, Canva, and/or Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus. Experience producing SF-330s and/or Design-Build responses is a plus. Strong written and oral communication skills - ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively to target audiences. Proven experience curating content by integrating creative storytelling and visuals. Solution-focused mindset with an ability to pivot through the unexpected. Strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and effective while under pressure of tight deadlines. Interpersonal effectiveness - ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a variety of team members. Salary Information: The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted.

Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level

and will be finalized at the time of offer. Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in HGA's robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs.
