10+ years of design experience

Have an available online portfolio

Experience with best practices for User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design

Experience in life cycle design projects from design strategy through execution

You are a talented and passionate designer who can make the complicated simple. You deliver innovative and intuitive data and AI experiences, and create a long-term vision and strategy that inspires and aligns the broader organization. You partner closely with cross-functional teams, including researchers, product managers, and engineers, to launch exceptional experiences for our customers. You mentor others and influence broadly.

A Day in the Life:

You will work with product and engineering stakeholders closely on a day-to-day basis and collaborate with other UX designers across the org to connect individual products and features to form a holistic experience. You will share design work regularly for design team, stakeholder, and leadership reviews.

Additional Qualifications:

Experience providing and effectively communicating strategic and tactical recommendations based on data

Experience designing data, AI, and/or insight products.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $147,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $244,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
