Role Overview As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead our global paid media campaigns with a primary focus on Google Ads and Paid Social platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Reddit, YouTube, and TikTok. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll also integrate insights from organic social, SEO, and additional digital channels for a comprehensive marketing strategy. Responsibilities Campaign Strategy and Execution:
Develop, implement, and manage global marketing campaigns across paid Google and paid social channels (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Reddit, Twitter/X). Testing & Optimization:
Drive A/B testing, landing page optimization, and multivariate testing to improve key performance indicators (KPIs). KPI Monitoring & Analysis:
Track and analyze KPIs for acquisition channels to optimize campaigns and launch new initiatives based on data insights. Asset & Performance Reporting:
Ensure accurate and timely campaign asset uploading, report on creative performance, and share learnings with the team. Data Analysis & Budget Management:
Gather insights (ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion volume) for budget pacing and strategic adjustments; manage and report on budget performance. Audience Targeting & Segmentation:
Own digital advertising targeting, with a focus on persona-based segmentation tailored to product needs. Compliance & Standards:
Maintain legal advertising standards, ensuring all creatives undergo legal review. Strategy & Trend Identification:
Identify trends to expand advertising across platforms and develop platform-specific optimization strategies to meet/exceed KPIs. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with teams across SEO, content, and social to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. B2C Marketing Strategy:
Apply B2C experience to create resonant, audience-targeted campaigns. Stay Current:
Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure a competitive edge. Qualifications Experience:
5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns; agency experience is a plus. Expertise:
Proficiency in paid media channels (e.g., paid social, display, search, shopping, discovery, retargeting). Technical Skills:
Skilled in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics/GA4; familiarity with Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or other data visualization tools is a plus. Analytical & Strategic Skills:
Strong ability to analyze marketing metrics and KPIs, with demonstrated skill in data-driven decision-making. Fast-Paced Adaptability:
Ability to excel in a startup environment, with organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Marketing Knowledge:
Understanding of CRM strategies, media planning, social media execution, programmatic buying, and digital placements. Traditional Media Understanding (Bonus):
Knowledge of print, radio, outdoor, and TV is a plus. Advanced Software Skills:
