The Consumer Electronics (CE) Marketing team is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead, optimize and execute the marketing strategies for Home Entertainment, Musical Instruments, and Audio & Accessories. CE Marketing’s vision is to establish Amazon as a premier shopping destination where customers discover, research and purchase Consumer Electronics products. The Marketing team brings this vision to life by creating customer-centric programs and initiatives that support discoverability and desire, improve operational efficiency and generate incremental demand. Key job responsibilities
Lead end-to-end strategic annual marketing plan and delivery of multi-channel traffic plans for the Wireless and Camera categories Support marquee activations, including partnering with category, central teams, tech, and outbound to drive traffic and support customers through the shopper funnel to deliver on conversion Track, measure and report on channel results, contributing to business reviews regularly; Present strategy, learnings and recommendations to senior leadership Define and own goals, including unlocking new business strategies, and make data-driven recommendations Be the voice of the customer for your categories, by diving deep into consumer insights, competitive landscape and driving recommendations that help how we deliver to customers Develop mechanisms to communicate proactively and effectively with partner teams, CE categories, and senior leadership Support with site merchandising and traffic driver execution as needed A day in the life You will work closely with a large group of stakeholders across partner teams to drive awareness and consideration of Amazon as a destination for CE. This position will require you to understand customer behaviors and macro industry trends, develop a working backwards plan from customer needs, demonstrate a significant level of independent thought, an ability to embrace ambiguity, and a passion to invent & simplify and drive process efficiency. The ideal candidate will have to be customer obsessed, have the ability to think creatively, have a data-based mindset, and challenge the status quo. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements Experience using data, reporting, or tools to measure performance and make adjustments accordingly Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,200/year in our highest geographic market. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
