About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Content Manager to oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of high-quality content across multiple channels. In this role, you will develop and execute a strategic content plan that aligns with our brand's voice, business objectives, and audience needs. The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller, an excellent communicator, and a data-driven strategist who thrives in a collaborative environment.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Toronto, Canada, Oakland, CA or Denver, CO offices.
What You'll Do
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports business goals, enhances brand awareness, and engages target audiences.
- System Administration: Manage Outreach and content in Outreach for all three BDR regions, running experiments with subject lines and personalization within the tool.
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and oversee the production of various content types including inbound and outbound emails, buyer persona emails, event emails, account sign up emails, linkedin messages, voicemail scripts.
- Editorial Calendar: Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery and consistent output across all platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, to ensure content aligns with campaigns and brand messaging.
- Analytics & Reporting: Partner with BDR Ops Manager to monitor content performance using Outreach and provide regular reports on KPIs, and making data-informed recommendations for improvement.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and style to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
- Audience Engagement: Develop strategies to grow and engage our audience across various platforms and channels.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in content creation, management, or a similar role.
- Experience with Outreach.io required.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience being a Sales Development Representative or managing a team of sales development representatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the target position and level. This range represents base salary only and does not include incentive for sales roles, equity, or benefits, if applicable.
