Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate, creative and experienced Graphic Designer who thrives in both digital and print environments, working closely with internal teams, producing high-quality work, creating final digital assets, and preparing files for production. You'll be responsible for executing projects from concept to final delivery while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Digital Design:
* Understand project requirements and concepts and create design solutions
* Design visually compelling assets for websites, mobile apps, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
* Work collaboratively with the development team to ensure digital designs are translated accurately and responsively across platforms.
* Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
* Develop web design and coding
Production Design:
* Prepare and optimize design files for print, ensuring they meet technical specifications and production standards.
* Develop various marketing materials such as brochures, print ads, posters, and email templates.
* Oversee file preparation and quality control to ensure accuracy in color, formatting, and resolution for print production.
* Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure high-quality outputs.
Collaboration & Communication:
* Collaborate with internal teams and partners to meet project objectives and deadlines.
* Present design concepts clearly and be open to feedback, iterating designs accordingly.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on design direction.
Brand Consistency:
* Ensure that all digital and print deliverables align with the brand direction and visual identity.
* Help refine and evolve the visual language as needed throughout the project.
WHO YOU ARE
* 3-6 years of professional design experience in both digital and print production environments.
* Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
* Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience with responsive design for websites and mobile apps.
* Solid knowledge of print production processes, including file preparation, color accuracy, and print specifications.
* A portfolio showcasing a mix of digital and print design work (please include a link to your portfolio).
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with in-office team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end development is a plus.
* Previous freelance or agency experience is highly desirable.
