Our client, a leading technology firm, is seeking a UX Designer/Researcher to join their team. As a UX Designer/Researcher, you will be part of the User Experience team supporting various project initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for user-centered design which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead the overall UX (User Experience & Accessibility) workstream for projects within the core team, ensuring the SaaS platform is optimized for user experience.

• Conduct usability testing and participate in recruitment, interviews, and surveys to gather user insights.

• Develop test cases and best practice methodologies, and document data-driven results.

• Act as the UX advocate for user experience and accessibility requirements throughout all project phases.

• Organize and lead design thinking sessions to create Journey Maps and Personas based on user research.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

• Experience in UX research and design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Proficiency in usability testing and user-centered design methodologies.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with technology vendors and internal teams.
