Coalition Life is seeking a talented and creative Marketing Copywriter to join our team. The Marketing Copywriter will play a key role in advancing the organization's mission by crafting compelling and impactful content across multiple platforms, including email campaigns, social media, print, web, and video. This position will collaborate with various teams to plan and execute marketing, fundraising, and community outreach event campaigns. Additionally, the Marketing Copywriter will maintain and contribute to blog post content as assigned, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and messaging. Duties and responsibilities: Pray daily for the mission of Coalition Life. Be a Storyteller: Interview sidewalk counselors, client care specialists, volunteers, and other internal or external voices in order to develop compelling messaging across various channels such as email campaigns, direct mail, social media, print and video script writing to best tell the story of our mission to protect the unborn at the gates of abortion facilities. Understand the needs of our supporters and optimize our messaging to resonate with this audience. Our Voice: Ensure consistency and authenticity across all of our messaging. Content Delivery: Schedule content across marketing channels as assigned by the Director of Community Engagement. Attend weekly department meetings and 1:1 with the Director of Community Engagement. Editing and Proofreading: Ensure all written materials are accurate, error-free, and aligned with the organization's mission and style guidelines. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a copywriter, content creator, or similar role. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with an ability to adapt tone and style to different voices, particularly the Executive Director's. Ability to write for diverse platforms, from social media and web to print and video. Passion for the pro-life mission and ability to communicate sensitive topics with care and respect. Experience scheduling and A/B testing email campaigns to optimize engagement and conversion rates. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with email marketing tools, content management systems, and social media platforms is a plus. Experience with Google Workspace and Wordpress.
