Job Summary
Fishbeck is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This person will play an integral role in our marketing operations team and directly support business development efforts. We are seeking a talented individual committed to design excellence and brand standards who thrives in an environment of collaboration and demonstrates a high degree of creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.
Primary Functions

Job Summary
Fishbeck is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This person will play an integral role in our marketing operations team and directly support business development efforts. Primary Functions
- Prepares and manages proposal submissions for various client types to support Fishbeck's services.
- Assists in research for target markets or potential clients.
- Manages branding to align with marketing goals and corporate standards.
- Communicates successfully with internal clients throughout an assignment to ensure project timelines and requirements are understood by all parties.
- Composes layout and content for marketing materials such as proposals and collateral, using graphic design and creative and persuasive writing skills.
- Organizes, produces, and assembles marketing support materials (qualifications packages, proposals, presentations/interviews, etc.).
- Assists in interview preparation, content, and graphics.
- Maintains high-quality work product in terms of accuracy, content, and compliance with client requirements. Able to lead the writing process and effectively execute multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
- Helps strategize for marketing campaigns, trade shows, speaking engagements, award submittals, social media, advertising and digital marketing, and PR opportunities for internal client groups.
- Performs basic marketing tasks such as printing, binding, scheduling appointments, coordinating tradeshows, planning events, proofreading, etc.
- Participates in industry specific professional organizations (i.e., ACEC, SMPS).
- Collaborates with Marketing Operations team to drive an integrated approach (design and communications) in all deliverables.

Desired Education/Licensure
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Desired Skills/Experience
- 3+ years of experience with an in-house marketing department, preferably in architecture or engineering consulting.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite products. InDesign experience is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Experience with digital asses management and client relationship management systems.
- Possess excellent conceptual, typography, and layout skills.
- Has a proven record of developing and writing comprehensive, effective and creative positioning and marketing strategies.
- Personable and can communicate effectively with coworkers, management, and clients.
