Content Marketing Manager.
In this role, you will define and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with Nextworld's marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategy. In addition, you will use bold, innovative, and metrics-driven techniques to help grow brand awareness and sales through content creation. Experience in the B2B enterprise software industry desired, but not required.
The Content Marketing Manager thinks strategically and holistically; they are a gifted storyteller and can translate complex technical topics into digestible pieces for several audiences. They can identify the types of content our personas prefer and where they go to find it.
Responsibilities
Build, drive, and execute on our content roadmap by collaborating with and interviewing subject matter experts to create blog posts, case studies, fact sheets, sales enablement collateral, white papers, infographics, video scripts, and website content. Drive the content calendar by identifying new content topics and formats that resonate with our personas and understanding their favorite digital knowledge hubs. Find guest post opportunities, develop pitches, and then either write articles on their site or get others to write about our organization. Conduct interview calls with customers, partners, and internal or external subject matter experts to gain insights that inform content. Stay up to date with product releases/enhancements ensuring the latest product positioning and messaging is incorporated into content. Collaborate closely with other members of the product marketing and general marketing team to develop creative assets to support products and content. Lead engagement with Search Engine Optimization vendors to drive growth in organic traffic. Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent, or combination of education and equivalent work experience. Minimum 5 years' experience creating digital and SEO-driven content. Team player willing to work side-by-side with small team to execute key results. 2+ years' involvement with and executing Go-To-Market concepts for B2B tech. Previous experience with Content Management, and SEM/SEO, social media desired. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Ability to thrive in ambiguity, wearing multiple hats. Preferred Qualifications
Video and Podcast-related marketing experience. Organized, collaborative, accountable, and proactive. Meticulous attention to detail. Outside-the-box thinking with a holistic approach. High emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal skills. Starting Salary Range:
$70,000 - $95,000 per year

We build the no-code enterprise application platform (a.k.a. "EAP") that is used by Nextworld's customers and partners to create and run enterprise-grade business solutions. We have a knack for abstracting complex technical concepts into no-code facilities that are straightforward to use. The Platform allows for the development and execution of involved, integrated business applications - complete with workflow, business logic, eventing, external callouts, notifications, various user experiences, artificial intelligence, and more. Examples of applications suites built on the Platform are enterprise financials, sales, inventory, manufacturing, and real estate.
