- Lead the development of engaging social content that aligns with brand strategy and is crafted with speed, quality, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and strategists to produce cohesive social campaigns that deliver both strategic and creative impact.
- Stay on top of social media trends, applying insights to enhance engagement and elevate the brand's presence through special projects.
- Create and present bold, insight-driven concepts that push the boundaries of social media creativity and deliver measurable results.
- Continuously monitor and refine creative approaches based on data-driven insights, ensuring content resonates with the audience and achieves KPIs.
- Ensure visuals meet brand guidelines, and that all content is accurate, engaging, and consistent with the client's brand voice and messaging.
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues, effectively communicating, presenting, and advocating for creative concepts and strategies.
- Use each project as a stepping stone for continuous improvement and innovation.
You've got to check the boxes before you can think outside of them.
- A bachelor's degree in a creative or design-related field preferred.
- 8+ years of creative experience (agency or in-house) with a proven track record of delivering impactful work across various projects, clients, and platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), Google Slides, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Preferred experience in production (video, CGI, physical, etc.)
- Experience with, or an openness to learning, AI software like Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.
- Bonus points for experience in copywriting, illustration, photo compositing, UX/UI, or spatial design.
- Flexibility for travel, extended hours, and weekend work as needed.
- Exceptional conceptual skills with a strategic mindset for translating client goals into creative solutions.
