Marketing Coordinator / Project Coordinator

Staff Perm is hiring a Marketing Coordinator for a global manufacture. In this role we are seeking someone that can support the marketing department by managing marketing projects, copywriting, communications, working with people around the organization, keeping people on point, statuses and program building.

***Not a social media advertising role.
*** Willsupport most needed on back end data, reviewing reports analyzing data, auditing the data, Field and customer support, escalating issues to platform.

LOCATION: Richardson, TX 75080 ( M-TH Onsite and Fridays Remote)
POSITION: Contract
SCHEDULE: 8AM - 5PM
PAYRATE: 25.00hr

  • Project Management or Project Coordination skillset to manage marketing projects, copywriting, communications, statuses and program building.
  • Job will be mostly working with spreadsheets and keeping groups on tasks and maintaining timelines.
  • Tracking action items
  • Should be very organized and able to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Duties, include helping to commercialize the program, help pilot a new B2B2C program and ensure the rollout is successful.
  • Will work with marketing group to fine tune customer benefits and program positioning and collaborate with IT finance, brand marketing, etc.
  • You will spend a combination of you day in project teams meetings, talking with customers and field sales team and territory managers and provide assistance in the onboarding and program s.
  • The marketing program is an optional program for premier dealers that allows them to bundle financing, warranty, etc into a monthly fee .
  • Support the program management and commercialization of new initiatives.
  • Be the point of contact and on boarding partner for new customers and field sales team.
  • Assist updating marketing collateral and commercializing the updates across other business units.
  • Collaborate with various functional business units including IT, Finance, Credit and Accounting to ensure billing is processed accurately

REQUIREMENTS
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Marketing experience is not needed but must have administrative experience
  • MS Excel skills is needed
  • Preferred skills: Microsoft Office, Smartsheets or Salesforce a plus
