The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will own our marketing operations efforts reporting to enhance our GTM effectiveness and drive growth. Reporting to the CMO, this role requires a leader with a strong desire to build and optimize marketing processes, understand data management, and the leverage of tools to drive conversion in a complex B2B environment. You'll be creating to implement closed-loop reporting, mature our marketing automation and leverage of new tools and AI-based personalization for nurturing and automated responses, improve data hygiene and segmentation, and optimize conversion rates across our channels. This is a hands-on position where you'll collaborate closely with sales, RevOps, and other teams to address operational challenges, experiment with new ideas, and elevate our marketing operations to fuel our growth. THE POSITION IS BASED IN SAN MATEO, CA. QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO OUR OFFICE AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK. Qualified candidates must live within the San Francisco Bay Area and be able to commute to our office. Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms to improve campaign execution and lead nurturing effectiveness. This includes implementing best practices for email marketing, segmentation and nurtures within the platform. Enhance data hygiene and segmentation supporting developing data governance policies, data cleansing initiatives, and suggesting and execute segmentation strategies to improve targeting and personalization in marketing campaigns. Improve lead handoff processes by redefining lead scoring and qualification criteria in partnership with sales and salesops, streamlining the MQL to Sales Stage 1 transition, and developing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for timely follow-up. Create and monitor marketing performance reports and dashboards, providing insights to the marketing team to inform decision-making for campaigns, channels, and key initiatives. Provide regular insights and recommendations to optimize return on marketing spend. Oversee marketing operations projects and administration of marketing technologies, ensuring timely and successful completion and on-going roadmap. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, Revops, and IT to ensure marketing operations are integrated and aligned with company objectives, leading initiatives to integrate marketing systems for seamless data flow. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations by implementing appropriate processes and staying informed about relevant laws. Serve as a SME For both profiling and external communication around operations best practices. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related role. Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics and reporting, analytics tools and data interpretation. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Experience with data management, including data hygiene practices, segmentation, and governance. Familiarity with compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices in data privacy. Base Salary Range $130,000 - $150,000 determined by experience level.
