Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall daily functions of a producer in the F&I Department
Disclosing and selling insurance products
Leasing
Converting customers to dealership financing
Work as a team, with emphasis on gross dollars generated in the department as well as net dollars retained as income
Paperwork associated with the sale of a vehicle
Promote maximum profitability in the department
Handle customers professionally and ethically
Taking turn-overs as designated
Cancellations of warranties and insurance
Assuming responsibility of any record keeping tasks assigned by the leader
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years automotive dealership sales experience with above average sales, i.e., Salesperson of the month award winner or 150 Club status
Must be computer proficient
Previous finance experience preferred
Knowledge of the sales-delivery process
Above average organizational skills, with attention to detail
Excellent people and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and operate in a stressful environment
Possess a goal-oriented attitude
Capable of working as a team
Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds system
Neat, professional appearance
Valid Illinois driver's license with an acceptable record
Hours
Monday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. until close
Wednesday is day off
