MARKETING ASSISTANT FOR CUTTING-EDGE, SMALL LAW FIRM - PART-TIME (Austin, TX) The candidate we seek has intelligence and imagination. You should be able to demonstrate good judgment, the ability to prioritize your activities with minimal supervision to meet deadlines, and coordinate cheerfully with your fellow team members to get the job done. You should have an above-average ability to learn and adapt as our business grows and takes on new dimensions. The successful candidate should know how to "get things done" with minimal supervision. In fact, we'd love to find someone who can see the big picture and then make recommendations for all the nitty-gritty details to make things better instead of waiting around for instructions. We are looking for a long-term relationship with the right candidate. At this law firm, we like to work hard, get the job done, and then enjoy having a life outside of the office as our reward … not the other way around. We give praise, and correction, early and often. You have thick-enough-skin and enough back-bone not to take constructive criticism personally. Your compensation will be positively-affected by your willingness and ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions to increase the number of clients we can serve. You will have to execute the marketing efforts you propose. This may include investing your own time to learn and remain familiar with our business and how clients interact with us. Part of your job description is also to be patient with our growing pains. This is a part-time position but with the flexibility to set a consistent schedule within the working business hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (options are 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM). We are less concerned with how many years of experience you have than we are with how many experiences you have gained and mastered during those years. Here are some experiences you must have: • Experience with the basic use and operation of a CRM (like Lawmatics or HubSpot) • Knowledge of multi-line phone systems & multi-user calendars Benefits include: • Compensation: $25/hour plus performance bonuses • Working with some of the best clients in Texas • Being on the cutting edge of shaping the legal industry • Paid Federal Holidays Principals only. Do NOT contact us with unsolicited services or offers Responsibilities: Here's what you are going to do in this job: Projects to be managed by you if you are hired: • Tracking and data entry for the leads, analytics, metrics • B2B marketing activities including in-person delivery of marketing materials • ROI for marketing vendors • Video editing and creating content for videos • Tracking Google Reviews • TEAM 100 – referral building • Putting together Lead Magnets and resources • Tracking ad spend • Email blasts creation and management • Ordering Marketing Swag • Create printed resources like brochures • Locating community events at which to speak, sponsor, or attend • Manage the marketing calendar and ensure campaigns and activities are executed on time. • Schedule/coordinate events (large & small) • Track all lead-to-prospect-to-client conversion metrics • Track all marketing and advertising inventory • Build and maintain a database of referral sources and referral contacts Qualifications: Here are the required qualities of who we want: • You love answering and making phone calls • You can teach me how to use a Google Calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or a Mac computer • You know how to upload videos to YouTube and share YouTube content. • You like focusing on the details of a project • You can greet prospects with a sincere and warm smile, even on your "bad days" • You present professionally at all times, and you can see how our mission as a firm will help you achieve your personal goals • Available to work overtime as needed, one to three times every month in the evenings for events Compensation: $25 hourly
