We are seeking a Senior Internal Content Specialist who is a dynamic communicator and skilled in graphic design across various media formats. This role will be pivotal in enhancing our internal communication strategies by creating engaging content that informs, inspires, and connects our people across the organization.

Develop and produce multimedia content, including videos, graphics, presentations, and digital assets, to support internal communications initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging communications that align with company goals and culture.
Design visually appealing materials for internal announcements, newsletters, and other communications.
Manage and maintain all internal communications platforms, ensuring that content is up-to-date and accessible.
Assist in promoting and executing internal events and meetings through various media channels.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in internal communications and multimedia content creation.
What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in internal communications, multimedia production, or graphic design.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Requirements: Familiarity with internal communication platforms is a plus.
Compensation, Benefits, + Perks
The expected salary range for this role is $85,000-$105,000. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits. About The RealReal
