We seek great hearts, people who care and want to do work that matters. JOB SUMMARY The Director of Community Relations supports the community by increasing and maintaining occupancy. This position exercises discretion and judgment involving the evaluation of potential residents and determining if the candidate will be a good fit for the community. The Director has authority to bind the company in matters of resident agreements and is responsible for maintaining a desired census, communicating with family members regarding financial matters, conducting marketing programs, planning and implementing marketing events, designing marketing brochures, and completing admission records. Develop long-range and short-range marketing plans, establish goals and objectives to increase occupancy Analyze data and provide competitive analysis information; consult and recommend regarding market rates Interview and assess applicants for community fit Handle financial arrangements related to admissions Conduct tours for potential residents and families Design and create advertising and marketing materials Plan and implement marketing events Follow-up with inquiries and maintain waiting lists Complete and maintain resident files Prepare reports for admissions, discharges, and other metrics Qualifications
