Position Summary:
OAK VIEW GROUP IS LOOKING FOR A CREATIVE AND PASSIONATE DESIGNER TO JOIN OUR GLOBAL MARKETING GROUP AS A SOCIAL MEDIA DESIGNER FOR MULTIPLE BRANDS IN THE PORTFOLIO.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL be responsible for designing and producing engaging and strategic platform-first social media graphics and video that align with our marketing goals. The position requires strong creative skills and thinking, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a deep understanding of how visual elements travel across social media platforms while maintaining brand integrity. A passion and enthusiasm for music, sports and live entertainment is a MUST.
This role pays a yearly wage of $70,000 to $80,000 plus bonus

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop social media graphics and videos for platforms including, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and TikTok.
- Conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with our marketing goals.
- Work with Social Media Manager to plan content calendars that align with brand goals.
- Collaborate with marketing & creative teams to ensure creative is aligned with brand guidelines and upcoming initiatives.
- Create sizzles and content for our website(s).
- Produce any department creative slides for presentations and briefs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
- Stay ahead of the curve when it comes
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Corporate and/or Live Entertainment experience a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their unique visual requirements.
- A collaborative spirit to consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere After Effects and Final Cut)
- Proficiency in the likes of Slate/Figma/Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including most importantly Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Expert in social media tools similar, but not limited to capcut
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- A stickler for the details.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A portfolio that showcases social media graphic design work.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and WordPress is a plus.
