Tandem Senior Living Advisors is seeking a talented professional to join their marketing team at the
Aviva Senior Living Campus . If you have exceptional customer service skills and enjoy working with seniors, please apply today. Managing reports & data input on CRM (Enquire) lead management software. Booking Guest Suite reservations. Keeping the shared Move in Move out calendar updated. Checking rooms for readiness before a resident/guest moves in. Maintaining new resident confidential files. Events- assisting with details (rsvp's in computer; decorating, work with dining services for set ups). Assigning leads via CRM to sales team that come in through voice mail, website, and in-person. Creating and providing welcome gifts to new resident's day of move in. Copy, collate and maintain marketing materials to hand out to prospects. Scanning documents, managing emails, follow up with residents, prospects & families. Provide administrative support to the sales team. Qualifications
Previous marketing support experience Team player with proven relationship building skill set. Organizational skills Communication skills Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft applications. Microsoft Excel proficiency. Familiarity with Enquire lead management database a plus. Must read, write, and understand English. High School Diploma or GED. Must be able to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, climb, or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 25 pounds, greater than 25 pounds with assistance of others or special equipment. All candidates must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and a level 2 background check.
