Urban Decay seeks a dynamic and strategic Assistant Vice President to lead our Global Social Media team at Urban Decay into a new era of digital engagement and entertainment . If you thrive at the intersection of relationship building, data-driven strategies, and creative storytelling, this is your chance to make a real impact. We’re not just looking for someone to lead our TikTok and IG but also to lead influencers; we want a visionary leader who can build a powerful community of advocates, amplify our brand message, and drive authentic engagement across social media.

You’re obsessed with social media trends and possess an innate ability to identify and cultivate meaningful partnerships. You’re a strategic thinker, able to translate data into actionable plans that drive measurable results. You’re a natural leader, You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and experiment with new approaches . You’re a true Urban Decay baddie – anti-bland , authentic, kind and always pushing the envelope.

What You’ll Do:

Team Leader: Mentor and develop a high- performing team, empowering them to excel in the ever-evolving landscape of influencer marketing.

Architect of Influence: Develop and implement a comprehensive advocacy and influencer strategy that aligns with Urban Decay’s overall brand vision.

Relationship Builder: Cultivate and manage relationships with key influencers, brand ambassadors, and media partners.

Storyteller: Craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences, leveraging the power of influencer voices to amplify brand messaging.

Data-Driven Strategist: Analyze data to identify key performance indicators, optimize campaign performance, and measure the impact of influencer activations.

Trendsetter: Stay ahead of the curve, identifying emerging social media trends and developing innovative influencer marketing strategies.

Collaboration Champion: Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product development, to ensure seamless integration of advocacy and influencer initiatives.

What You’ll Need:

10 + years of experience in influencer marketing, social strategy leadership role

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful influencer marketing campaigns.

Deep understanding of social media platforms and their respective influencer ecosystems.

Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

A passion for makeup and a deep understanding of the Urban Decay brand and competition set .

A Bachelor's degree in a related field ( Master's degree preferred).

Salary Range: 150k-210k base + bonus
