Together with your team, you’ll provide the critical support needed worldwide for all Apple products and businesses. Our team seeks a self-motivated candidate with strong business judgment and communication skills to work collaboratively with multiple teams. In this role, you will help manage disputes related to Apple’s third-party and original content, providing legal support across all Apple Media Services, worldwide.
Description
The position will be focused on managing and resolving third-party claims related to all Apple Media Services, including: App Store, Apple Music, iTunes, Apple Podcasts, Apple Books, Apple TV and TV+. Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing and working toward resolving nuanced legal claims, including (but not limited to) right of publicity, trademark, and copyright infringement matters.
- Analyzing complex regulations, identifying risks, and developing effective strategies to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Communicating and collaborating directly with internal and external parties regarding Apple’s Content Dispute processes, providing guidance, instruction, and support where needed.
- Assisting our Project Manager identify improvements to internal tools and policies to streamline and maximize efficiency, as well as supporting growth and effectively coordinating with the team and database developers to implement changes.
- Demonstrating flexibility/adaptability, as this position has a large range of tasks and grows with the growth of the business.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of major law firm and/or in-house litigation experience, including knowledge of and familiarity with laws, regulations and industry standards applicable to intellectual property, publicity rights, and defamation.
- JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.

- Proficiency with Apple products, programs and services.
- Sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively manage a substantial workload.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $168,900 and $253,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
