Coordinator, Local Marketing

The Coordinator Local Marketing on the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) team will support the local IMC teams system support functions. The role will require significant Excel knowledge and project management capabilities as well as cross-functional relationship-building skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Description
Regional advertising budget and cashflow management
Strategic budget and cashflow projects including:
- Automated budget forecasting
- Carryforward threshold recommendations
- Negative cashflow alert system
- Medium-based seasonality recaps
Marketing support for internal and external customers
- Marketing portal administration
- Assist with field operations communication/support
- Assist with regional and restaurant-level marketing activation
- Cross-functional and agency/vendor collaboration
Assist with projects in support of system business initiatives
- Coordinate status, timeline and document tracking
Education Requirements
-Minimum 4 Year Degree
-Business-related degree preferred
-Minimum 2 years of experience in an office environment with project management responsibilities and Excel experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Extensive familiarity with Excel
Critical attention to detail
Team player; collaborative, trustworthy - good at supporting teams
Excellent project management skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
