Position Overview:
We are looking for a Livestream Shopping Host to join our team, with a primary focus on hosting live sessions on TikTok to showcase products, engage with viewers, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in live streaming, knowledge of the sneaker industry, and excellent communication skills. This role will also involve cross-platform hosting, with potential live streams on eBay, Amazon, and other channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host and manage daily live streams on TikTok, promoting products and driving sales.
- Create a dynamic, lively, and energetic atmosphere to engage and retain viewers.
- Interact with the audience, answering questions, responding to comments, and encouraging purchases.
- Showcase products effectively, demonstrating features and benefits.
- Stay current with social media trends, particularly on TikTok, to create relevant and on-trend content.
- Explore opportunities to expand live streams to other platforms such as eBay, Amazon, and Instagram.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align livestream content with promotional campaigns and product launches.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in live streaming, with a preference for candidates familiar with TikTok.
- Experience in sneaker sales or resales is highly preferred.
- Passion for sneakers, fashion, and popular culture.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to captivate and engage audiences.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Understanding of social media trends and audience behavior.
- Ability to create engaging content that informs, entertains, and drives sales.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and confident in front of a camera.
Work Hours and Compensation:
- Flexible work hours available based on business needs, in person.
- Compensation: $17 - $50 per hour, plus commission based on sales performance.
