Title: Videographer (Social Media & Ads Focus)

Location: Hilliard, Ohio

Salary Range: $70,000 + (depending on experience)

Reports to: Marketing Manager


Overview:

We’re searching for a creative and skilled Videographer to join our team, with a primary focus

on producing social media and ad content in our studio. This role is ideal for someone with

expertise in media production but not necessarily in cinematic filming. The ideal candidate will

understand how to create visually compelling, social-first content tailored to engage and convert

on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Experience in marketing is a

bonus, as you’ll be collaborating closely with our marketing team, but it’s not required.

If you have a knack for crafting high-quality video content for digital audiences and can create

eye-catching ads that resonate, we want to meet you!


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

● Create Engaging Social Media Content: Capture and edit videos that are optimized for

platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

● Produce Video Ads for Campaigns: Develop short, attention-grabbing video ads

designed to drive engagement, clicks, and conversions.

● Assist with Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm

and execute video concepts that align with brand objectives and current trends.

● Operate Studio Equipment: Set up and manage studio lighting, cameras, and other

equipment to ensure quality video production.

● Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit videos to include transitions, sound, and effects

that enhance viewer engagement without an overly cinematic approach.

● Content Adaptation for Multiple Platforms: Tailor videos for specific social media

platforms, focusing on the format, length, and style most effective for each.

● Stay Current with Social Media Trends: Monitor social media platforms to stay

updated on video trends, formats, and techniques.


Qualifications:

● Experience: 1-2 years of experience in videography or media production, specifically for

social media and ads.

● Social Media Expertise: Knowledge of best practices for video content across platforms

like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

● Editing Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut

Pro) with an emphasis on creating engaging, quick-paced edits suitable for digital

audiences.

● Studio Knowledge: Basic experience setting up and using studio lighting, cameras, and

other video production equipment.

● Collaborative Approach: Ability to work closely with the marketing team to align video

content with campaign objectives and brand voice.

● Attention to Detail: Strong sense of timing, pacing, and audio-visual elements that

create impactful videos.
