Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies.
- Plan, create, and edit dynamic content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Manage a content calendar and amplify engagement with paid campaigns.
- Monitor trends, interact with fans, and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of digital content experience with a strong portfolio in sporting, gaming, entertainment, or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in content creation, video editing, and social analytics.
- Experience using third-party social management/analytics platforms such as Sprout Social Media.
- Passion for storytelling, internet culture, and fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel for races and events and work non-traditional hours during race season, including weekends.
