Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and tracking progress.
- Coordinate promotional materials, including brochures, print ads, and presentations, while ensuring brand consistency.
- Support the planning and logistics for events such as trade shows, client seminars, and community outreach initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to help refine marketing strategies and provide data-driven insights.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to coordinate materials, event logistics, and promotional items.
- Maintain and organize a marketing calendar, tracking key milestones and deadlines for campaigns and events.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with project management tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret basic market data to inform marketing strategies.
