Senior Mechanical Designer.
As a Senior Mechanical Designer, you will be an ISG Employee Owner working collaboratively with your fellow employee owners, along with partnering with Mechanical Engineers to support the production of construction documents and blueprints for different building types. You will be working within Revit to create layout of mechanical systems within buildings.
In this role, you will work closely with Tony Effenberger, PE, Mechanical Engineering Practice Group Leader, along with others on the Mechanical Engineering team. You will also collaborate with ISG internal resources for design and project coordination, project execution and construction administration.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Design and draft HVAC / Plumbing systems using Revit
Produce and coordinate construction drawings with other disciplines
Field measure and document existing buildings
Interface with other ISG team members in a positive & professional manner
Work collaboratively with multi-discipline engineering teams and project managers
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate should have a minimum of an Associate's Drafting Degree in mechanical, architectural or electrical,
5+ years of working experience in a design firm, with project experience working in Autodesk Revit,
Demonstrated ability to understand and apply HVAC and plumbing design principles at a high level
Possess an in-depth understanding of most building systems and trades
Knowledge of building codes, such as IMC, IPC, and FFC
Ability to travel to various job sites and office locations
Strong communication, organization, analytical and interpersonal skills
Self-directed, organized, multi-tasker and can work independently with minimal supervision
