Position Details :

• Industry - Banking and Financial
• Title - UX Designer (ADA)
• Duration - 12+ months
• Location - Chicago, IL / Kennesaw, GA / Richmond, VA
• Pay - $60/hour to $70/hour

DAY TO DAY

• Help translate product strategy into interaction flows and final designs working with technology partners to plan and design new features and own the overall quality of what is being delivered
• You will be an advocate for users and an ambassador for Client's brand, creating designs that are familiar, intuitive, and accessible for all
• Partner with 2 developers and 1 other UX designer to assist in a GIS Accessibility initiative
  
  Ensure that all designs and development are ADA compliant

MUST HAVES

• 4+ years of UX design experience
• Manager prefers candidates from "Start-Ups" or smaller companies **not freelance**
• Experience with Sketch and Figma
• MUST have ADA/ Accessibility experience (Section 508 and WCAG)
• A strong portfolio committed to user centered design
• CANNOT have obvious ADA issues in their portfolio
• Must know how to look at browser dev tools (HTML/CSS) and understand the component
• May require some basic testing knowledge
• Experience designing responsive websites, applications, and other digital interfaces
• Experience working in an agile environment, working with JIRA
